Strength Yoga

Instructor: Toby Angelopulos

This 45-minute class uses yoga poses intertwined with core, arm and leg strengthening exercises to bring you balance and strength. Adaptable to all levels.

Currently meets Mondays at 7:15pm and Thursdays at 6:45pm.  $5/Class for non-members.

Cardio Fit 

Instructor: Jessica Daugherty

High endurance, energetic and fun workout. Modern music mixed with latin give our cardio fit (previously Zumba) class its originality. 

Currently meets Sundays and Thursdays at 7:15pm.  $5/Class for non-members.

PiYo

Instructor: Jill McGrath

An upbeat mixture of yoga and pilates moves. High energy class that can be modified for those needing a lower impact workout.

Currently meets Tuesdays at 3:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am $5/class for non-members.

Yoga

Instructor: Kelly Cook

Slow-flowing Hatha Yoga is great for the minds and bodies of all ages and fitness levels. Stretch and flex your body all while learning proper breathing and meditation techniques.

Currently meets Tuesdays at 6:30pm. $10/class for non-members.

Chair Yoga

Instructor: Toby Angelopulos

Stretch and strengthening your bodies without the added pressure of getting up and and down off the floor.  Perfect workout for those who have injuries or have difficulty with floor work.

Starts in January, 2019.  Will meet on Tuesdays at 10am.  $5/class for non-members. 

Strength & Cardio

Instructor: Toby Angelopulos

30-Minute high endurance, intense strengthening workout but is adaptable for all levels.  A different workout at each session but can range from aerobic, core strength, kickboxing, step aerobics or a combination of the above. 

Currently meets Saturdays at 7:00am. $5/class for non-members.

Youth Fitness & Wellness

Instructors: Jessica Daugherty & Toby Angelopulos

This will be a parent and me fitness class. A beginner level class targeting energetic exercise and movement accompanied by stretching and light quiet time to end the session.  Starting in January, 2019 classes will be offered on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Space is limited. Cost is $40 for the 6-week session.
